The White House has rolled out its newest weapon in the battle over health care: A Web site called 'Reality Check.'

The White House claims the site 'focuses on what reform really means for you and your family, debunks some common myths along the way and provides you with online tools and content to share the facts with friends, family and anyone else in your social network.'

The Web site encourages e-mails and networking on behalf of Obama's health care plan. They state, 'the road ahead will surely reveal more aggressive efforts from defenders of the status quo to confuse and scare Americans with half-truths and outright lies.'


Should We "TRUST" Our E-mail Addresses In The Hands Of Our Government?

After I witnessed an interview Megan Kelly had with a White House Deputy Press Secretary Bill Burton on August 12th, 2009 concerning forwarded e-mails the White House has asked be sent from supporters of his Health Care Plan, I WOULDN'T!!! And neither should you. Listen to this "tit for tat" and you'll understand why.



NOW, I have to wonder why Mr. Burton was dodging Megan Kelly's question? It was simply requiring a YES or NO answer. Yet four (4) times Burton either tried to redirect the question to something else or change the intended meaning of her question all together. WHY COULDN'T HE SIMPLY ANSWER "YES" OR "NO"?

Because the American people know very little about federal laws and wouldn't think to ask the questions to begin with. AND THE WASHINGTON ESTABLISHMENT KNOWS IT! Should that kind of information get out, they know our concerns about BIG BROTHER and BIG GOVERNMENT would be valid. And were it not for the reporting of Megan Kelly and FOX NEWS, we may never have known about the PRESIDENTIAL RECORD ACT mentioned above.

As a layman, I can honestly say I never knew about it. DID ANY OF YOU?

The Washington ELITES, like Pelosi, Reid, Specter, McCaskell, and definitly President Obama, do though. And they are doing their very best to keep little things like that from you. It makes me wonder what else they know and won't admit to. Maybe we should look closer at our elected officials. FROM BOTH PARTIES.

They send bills through Congress thousands of pages long so "WE THE PEOPLE" wouldn't want to read them. And should we decide to take the time to read them they put it in a LANGUAGE the common man (or woman) would not and could not understand unless they knew exactly what the meaning of "is" really "IS".

THEY THINK YOU AND I ARE "STUPID"!!!

And you want to know something? They're RIGHT. I know I am for not speaking up long before now. But at least I'm honestly recognizing it, confessing it and wanting to change it.

And I hope you will too.
